Name Confusion: Amazon US and B&N list the author of "Bad
Day For A Fat Boy" as Dirk Robinson, but Amazon UK lists the name as Dirk
Robertson for the same book name and ISBN. Since Amazon UK is the only one
showing a book cover and the book cover clearly says Robertson, we've gone with
