I read a wide variety of books, including military thrillers,
mystery, fantasy, science fiction, true crime, and a bit of non-fiction if it
ties in with my fiction reading. I can't remember a time when I didn't read. I
have more books than I can count, and yes, I do go back and read some of them
again. They seem to be my security blanket. I do read cozies and humorous
mysteries occasionally. I dislike romance novels, and don't particularly care
for "steamy" novels. I would prefer authors leave the sex scenes
behind closed doors.
I have raised three children, and we are fond of many children's
authors and are expanding Books 'n' Bytes to include those. I was lucky enough
to be surrounded by books as a child - books are the gateway to the future.
