Pour two cans of cherry pie filling into a 13" X 9" dish.

Over that spread the contents of a box of yellow cake mix.

Sprinkle over that two sticks of marg. or butter, melted.

On top sprinkle a cup of chopped pecans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
