Chicken & Rice
Note: This also works with porkchops!  My kids love it!

Servings: 4

1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 Soup Can Of Milk
¾ C Long Cooking Rice
1 C Mushrooms (4 Oz)
1 Env Lipton Onion Soup Mix
4 Chicken Breasts Or Equivalent

Preheat oven to 350N

Combine milk and soup, and mix well. Reserve ½ cup of mixture.

To original soup and milk mixture, add rice and mushrooms (with liquid), and ½ onion soup mix.

Pour into 8 X 11 glass pan.

Layer chicken on top.

Pour reserved mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with remaining onion soup mix.

Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove foil. Bake another 15 minutes.
