Taco Pie
(Ground turkey can be substituted for ground beef for less fat.  My kids' favorite dinner.)

1 Pkg Crescent Dinner Rolls
1 Lb Ground Beef
1 Pkg Taco Seasoning Mix
¼ C Water
a C Black Olives, sliced
1 C Sour Cream
Corn Chips
Monterey Jack Cheese & Cheddar Cheese - lots - grated

Brown meat, drain, add taco seasoning & 1/2 Cup water, olives and water; cover and simmer 10 min.

Line 9" pie pan with crescent rolls. Cover with crushed chips.

Put meat in shell . Cover with sour cream and jack cheese and chips.

Bake 25 min. at 350N or until crust is brown.
