Grasshopper Pie

Mix melted margarine and crushed Oreos®, Press into a pie plate. Freeze. Melt the marshmallows in milk in a double boiler until completely smooth. Remove from heat, add the liqueurs to the mix, stir well to mix (until color is even), chill thoroughly. Whip cream and fold well to mix (until color is even) into the marshmallow mix. Fill the pie shell and freeze. Serve frozen. VERY rich! |
