Orange Cream Fruit Salad

1 can (20oz)pineapple bits, drained
1 can(16oz)peach slices, drained
1 can(11oz)mandarin oranges, drained
2 medium firm bananas, sliced
1 medium apple, chopped
1 package(3.4oz)instant vanilla pudding mix
1&1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
3/4 cup sour cream

I drain the fruit juices all together and save for adding to graveys, rice, smoker or whatever.

In a large salad bowl, combine fruits; set aside.

In a small mixing bowl beat pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate for 2 minutes. Add sour cream, mix well.

Spoon over fruit, toss to coat. Cover and fridge for 2 hours.

This actually keeps well for about 3 days.
