from: Judi Orange Cream Fruit Salad
1 can (20oz)pineapple bits, drained
I drain the fruit juices all together and save for adding to graveys, rice, smoker or whatever. In a large salad bowl, combine fruits; set aside. In a small mixing bowl beat pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate for 2 minutes. Add sour cream, mix well. Spoon over fruit, toss to coat. Cover and fridge for 2 hours. This actually keeps well for about 3 days. |
