Shepherds' Pie

1 lb lean ground beef 1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
5-6 mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. frozen peas
1 can creamed corn
Worcestershire sauce
handful of parsley, chopped
salt
pepper
3-4 potatoes, cooked and mashed

Brown beef. Season with salt, pepper, parsley, and Worcestershire. Add onions and cook until soft.

Add carrots, mushrooms, and peas. Cook about 5 min.

Stir in corn.

Pour into casserole dish and top with mashed potatoes.

Pop in 325 F oven for about 30 min or microwave at power level 5 for 15 min.
