Bavarian Casserole

Ingredients
Egg noodles
Sauerkraut

Sausage <ring Bologna, Kielbasa, Polish sausage, or even hot dogs)
Onion
Garlic Powder
Corn Flake crumbs
Green Pepper

Cook four cups of dry noodles as per instructions, and set aside.

Cook sausage (1 ring bologna or kielbasa) sliced; onion, sliced (about 2 cups); 1 sliced green pepper together till sausage is cooked through.

Add to noodles. Add 1 large can drained sauerkraut.

Mix together with some garlic powder and put in oven safe dish or pan. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs over top. Cook on 300 for about 45 min.

Serves well with rye bread. I also sometimes add a little cheese. Amounts vary depending on taste, as sometimes I like to double the sausage.
