PLAY DOUGH

1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
1 cup water
1 tsp vegetable oil
2 tsp cream of tartar
food coloring

Mix everything.

Cook and stir over medium heat until dry.

Plop on counter and knead 1 minute.

Keep in covered container.
