2 cups flaked cooked salmon
Form mix into cakes, and fry. Serve with mushroom sauce Mushroom Sauce Heat fresh mushrooms until cooked or canned mushrooms until heated. In another pan brown 2 tbs flour. Add 2 tbs butter for a rue. Stir in 1 cup milk until thick. Add heated mushrooms. Stir in 2-3 tbs fresh lemon juice just before serving. This must be done carefully to avoid separation and curdling. Garnish with celery seed. |
