SMOKED SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS with angel hair pasta

From Hillshire Farms Lite Smoked Turkey Package

1/2 cup raspberry vinaigrette or Italian dressing

Cook 1 lb uncooked angel hair pasta

Toss w/ 1/4 cup vinaigrette or dressing

1/2 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup pitted black olives

Add tomato and olives. Set aside.

MEANWHILE Sauté 1 to 1/2 lbs smoked sausage until sausage is hot (3-5) minutes or sauté in skillet. OR microwave until hot about 3-6 minutes

AND SIMULTANEOUSLY Combine in a microwave safe container with the other 1/4 cup vinaigrette

Cover and cook until vegetables are tender
2 cups red and green sweet peppers, chopped about 3-6 minutes.
1 cup frozen asparagus tips
1 garlic clove, finely chopped

Combine sausage mix and pepper mixes.

Serve over pasta. Pepper to taste.
