BACON DIP

Whip together with mixer or blender until smooth:
8 oz low fat cottage cheese
8 oz softened cream cheese

Stir in:
4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
1 tbs chopped scallions
1 tbs chopped parsley
1 tbs prepared grated horseradish
1 tbs diced pimentos

Chill 1 hour
