Macaroni & Cheese

1 12oz bag large elbow macaroni
2 T. butter
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
3 cups grated cheddar cheese, sometimes use a combo w/jack cheese
1-1/2 cup milk

Cook macaroni in boiling water 9 minutes and drain thoroughly.

Put in a large mixing bowl.  Stir in butter and beaten egg.

Mix mustard, S&P w/1 tsp hot water then mix with milk.  Add this to noodles and toss

Stir in cheese.

Put in spray greased 3 qt casserole.  Sprinkle a bit more cheese on top and dot w/butter

Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes

Remove cover and bake another 20 minutes 'til custard is set and top is crusty.
