Too Tired To Cook Omelet

5 eggs
1 green onion, chopped
5 mushrooms, sliced
1/4 red pepper, diced
1/4 c milk
3-4 good shakes grated parmesan
dash Worcestershire
salt, pepper
1 T butter/margarine

In casserole or pie plate, melt butter in microwave for 30 sec.

Add onions and cook on high for 30 sec.

Add mushrooms and peppers and cook another 30 sec.

Beat eggs with milk, cheese, Worcestershire, and seasonings. Pour over veggies.

Microwave a total of 10 min. at power level 7, turning the dish through 90 degrees every 2 minutes.
