Potato Chip Cookies
1 cup shortening
Cream shortening, sugars and eggs. Add the rest of the stuff. Form into balls. Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes. Also good with butterscotch chips and/or nuts in them. Heavenly without. No barbeque chips you goober. Stale chips work fine. A bake sale favorite, kids are curious and moms are nostalgic. |
