Beer Bread
This is incredibly easy. It is somewhat sweet. You can use your imagination and add different flavors or not. Just keep in mind anything you add with moisture will change the way it bakes.

I like to add ¼ cup chopped green onions (just the green part)
And some dry mustard, maybe ½ to 1 tsp.

3 cups flour
1 T. Baking Powder
1½ tsp salt
¼ cup sugar
12 oz Beer, any brand

Mix dry ingerdients, add beer, mix.

Put in spray greased loaf pan

Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes

I usually just use Coors Light but I imagine the darker and yeastier the better.  After an hour you may want to check the bottom to make sure its golden.  It will lift right out of the pan.
