MONTEREY SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE

4 oz cooked spaghetti
1 beaten egg
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 10-oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 2.8-oz can Durkee onions

Preheat oven to 350.

In medium bowl, combine egg, sour cream, parmesan and garlic powder.

Stir in Monterey Jack cheese, spaghetti, spinach and 1/2 can Durkee onions.

Pour into 8-inch square baking dish.

Bake, covered for 30 minutes or until heated through.

Top with remaining onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
