Girdle Buster Pie
20 Oreo cookies
SAUCE:
Mix crushed cookies with butter. Pack into pie pan as crust. Freeze. Spoon in ice cream. Cover loosely and store in freezer. Heat sauce ingredients until blended. Cool. Serve pie topped with sauce, whipped cream and almonds. ** This may be made up to a week ahead of time.
