Cockeyed Cake

1 1/2 c. flour
3 T cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
5 T vegetable oil
1 T vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water

Grease an 8" square or round cake tin. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients together. Make a well in the mixture and add, without mixing, the oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Pour the water over the top. Mix with a spoon until no more flour is seen. Pour into tin and bake 30-35 minutes, until the toothpick test works.
