IMPOSSIBLE BACON PIE

12 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
1 cup shredded natural Swiss Cheese (about 4 ounces)
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick® baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches.
Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients
until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater.
Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway
between center and edge comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand for 5
minutes before cutting. 6 servings.

I usually have for breakfast or for dinner with a tossed salad. You might also
check the Bisquick® website as they have several other impossible pies that are
quite tasty also and easy.
