In Southern California, real estate agent Laurie Martin is missing and presumed dead. Family-man Steve Mallard is the prime suspect as several witnesses including private investigator Al Girard and law professor Marla Cwitowitz saw him dining with Laurie. Steve insists he was only looking for a house for his family to move into and Laurie was the realtor he was using.

Steve’s spouse asks Marla and Al to investigate what happened to Laurie. Their inquiries soon have them traveling from Florida to Texas and finally back to California as they unravel Laurie’s complicated past. However is Laurie dead and Steve a killer, or are they trailing a clever serial killer whom left Steve to hang for her act.

The best selling author of romantic thrillers such as SOONER OR LATER and NOW OR NEVER, the great Elizabeth Adler has written her best work to date. ALL OR NOTHING is a clever modernizing of the Nick and Nora Charles Thin Man series. The story line is entertaining and the mystery is fun to watch develop. Readers will fully enjoy the relationship between the lead couple and demand Ms. Adler stars them in a return engagement.
