Ah, the life of the average suburban widow and the Christmas bazaar. The heroine, Jane Jeffries tries mightily to finish "the afghan from hell" in time for the bazaar while snooping into the death of an old friend who invites herself back into Jane's life and getting acquainted with some surprising new neighbors. The plot is some ways a bit far fetched but for those willing to suspend disbelief and go with the flow, it will tickle your funny bone.
