"The Parcel Express Murders" is a quick, easy read. Feeling more like a romance than a mystery, we follow the developing relationship of Dr. Samoa Tate and Detective Edward (Eddie) Clark. Eddie and his partner Detective Hall Hawkins are investigating a double murder. The investigation takes some surprising twists and the widow, Mrs. Taylor Bass, plays an interesting role.

If you like your crime fiction with the spice of heated romance and focus on relationship building, this is the book for you. It has attractive, successful characters that are very likable. The story is interesting, reasonably believable and is easy to read. It would be a good read for the beach or a weekend break.
