When brilliant young film maker Carmel Wise is found murdered outside the apartment which she has been renting from her father, the implication is that she is involved in pornography. Her rich father hires PI Cliff Hardy to find out who killed her. This had a decent plot, some humourous banter (although Cliff is a bit of an energiser bunny), some interesting characters - but it didn't just gel overall for me. I wanted to like it more than I did.
