A serial killer who is both psychotic and childlike, with a 'consistent underlying moral codeš? Serge only targets those who deserve it, and takes them out in a very appropriate way. When a car pulls up alongside you with stereo so loud your own car is vibrating, wouldnšt you like to see that person suffer a dose of his own medicine?

One of Sergešs hobbies is traveling across Florida east to west and back again while driving in the calm eye of a hurricane. His passengers are sometimes willing, sometimes not. But our wily Serge knows how to evade police cars and even the helicopters that might add to the chase. And he knows the best hurricane hidey-holes in the state of Florida.

With so many crazies in this book it shouldnšt be surprising that three psychiatrists are involved. Sergešs psychiatrist wants him to get a job, but Sergešs dream job would be flying an ultralight to lead migrating cranes. How difficult could it be to get a job like that? Serge is back again in all his charm, and sure to brighten your day with laughter.
