Homicide Detective Jill Smith has gone along with a friend of hers to see the latest big thing in gurus. Unfortunately, part way through the show the charismatic Padmasvana is murdered in front of the audience's eyes. You would expect that a homicide cop in the audience would have a head start on solving the murder, but it turns out that the secrets people are hiding are well buried. A solid, quick read.
