Class/Genre:   Mystery   Hard Boiled   Police Procedural
Series: Detective Chief Inspector Glass

If you think, looking at the title, that you are about to read a book about computer geeks, you will be mistaken. It is not until the very end of the book that much is made of the connection between the internet and murder. Instead this book will tell you more than you ever wanted to know about the pornography business.

Detective Chief Inspector Glass is a copper of the old school, sneering at political correctness or doing things by the book. He lives with his daughter and son-in-law, another DCI, Robin Knox. The two men are pursuing different crimes which will eventually end up connected. The story involves missing teenage girls who end up mutilated and dead. If you are easily shocked you may find this story distasteful.
