Jasper and Edmund Tudor take refuge in St. Frideswides but even Sister Frevisse is hard put to protect the safety of these young children in this pleasant blend of convent life and historical personages. Seeing events through the eyes of small children not understanding royal politics was an especially pleasing part of experiencing this story.
