I enjoyed this series. It is the first one I have
read. I plan to read more in this series.

I thought Jacobia was a great amateur sleuth. She and Ellie worked well together. I would like to see more interaction between her and Sam and her and Wade. I was glad Victor wasn't around much.

I liked the setting and her descriptions. I was surprised there wasn't more about home repair in there from the information on the cover of the book.

I had an inkling as to the killer before she figured it out, but I wasn't certain and I didn't have all the details figured out.

I recommend this book.
