How many criminals get away with murder due to a technacility? How many criminals leave the court house thumbing their nose at our criminal justice system? Is it justice or vigilantes? Former prosecutor Jack Ruskin knows first hand after the man who was responsible for shattering his life walks out a free man after raping and killing his daugher. Shocked and grief-stricken beyond belief, Jack realizes that he, too, will be able to extract his own form of justice. FBI Agent Amanda Lee follows a case that some people do not want to see solved. A serial killer turned the tide on sex offenders across the country. Now, danger starts stalking her family. Soon the hunter and the hunted will come together.

Interesting book, well developed characters, plot and action. I doubt if I would have bought it for the full price but worth the cost of the paperback edition.
