I do not read or abide dead children, or child abuse. The plot of "Death, Snow, and Mistletoe" revolves around a decades old body of a child, a missing child in the present, and suspicious of neglect or abuse. And yet these are nearly an afterthought driving the Christmas plot through a Lickin Creek Christmas, and some of Tori's rather peculiar acquaintances. It was positivly full of the ambiance of a small town Christmas. I enjoyed it immensely, the recipes look delicious although I haven't tried them yet. And even the resolution of them mystery was rather creative for the subject matter.
