Be Mine is a story of a man’s obsession with crime reporter, Molly Wilson. He will do anything to have her, beginning with killing her homicide detective boyfriend and doesn’t stop there. Her friend and co-worker, Tom Reed is frantically working on the story to try to help find the killer before he strikes again and before Molly is hurt.

This was my first book by Rick Mofina and definitely will not be my last. I truly liked his characters and felt like I knew them. It was a fast paced, tense thriller that kept one reading to find out the identity of the killer.

Although I did have some idea of who the killer might be, it was in no way obvious nor did it ruin the story for me. In fact, it only made me want to read faster to find out if I was right or wrong. Luckily Rick Mofina had been recommended to me before so I already have three of his other books waiting to be read.
