Marcy Edwards has always lived in the shadow of her beautiful, identical twin sister, Phoebe. Overweight and insecure, Marcy hates her job as an accountant, feels that her children ignore her and her husband is indifferent. A car crash, comma and insurmountable odds changes her life. Marcy, after 6 months in a coma, awakens with a plastic surgeon created face and substantial weight loss. Now, Marcy is the woman that she always wanted to be. Life has continued without Marcy as Pheobe has taken over the responsibilities of Marcy's marriage, family, and bank accounts.

While Marcy struggling to regain her physical and mental strength, someone is watching her become the beautiful swan, leaving behind the ugly duckling. Some is paying close attention to her. Someone who thinks Marcy is perfect. Someone who would love to kill her.

Fast passed book, one of the ones you must finish before bed but there is (hopefully) a sequel coming.
