At JFK Airport, Peter Bishop desperately tries to sneak his two young children on a plane heading to Dallas where he hopes a college crony can safely take them to their mother. Peter expects The Fellowship for World Renewal, a fast growing cult, to kill him as a traitor, which they do as he places a call to "Uncle" Tom Kent, leaving a death bed message "save my children".

Tom does not understand the phone message or why Peter whom he had not spoken with in years, left it for him. Still he follows instructions to make a package pickup at the airport, but when he sees the package is two kids, he bolts as they remind him of his wife and children, who he killed in a vehicular accident. When he notices the twins in trouble, he helps them escape. Now he and the Bishops are fleeing for their lives as a powerful cult headed by a man expected to run for vice president chases after them. Their only hope is to find Peter’s wife, hiding in the bayous of Louisiana from The Fellowship for World Renewal who declared her a traitor.

This is an exciting suspense thriller that moves rather quickly forward from the moment a panicked Peter places his kids on the plane until the final confrontation. The story line insures the audience understands the demons that eat at Tom and delight with the relationship between the twins. Though Michelle seems much older for her age and Micah handles his handicap with too much ease, fans will appreciate this taut thriller that emphasizes evil is disguised wearing the face of goodness.
