Kelly Flynn is still enjoying living in Colorado but is again getting herself involved in a murder investigation. An Alpaca sheep rancher is found dead in Bellevue Canyon. He had a reputation as a man who loved women and misused them and moved on to the next one.

Some of his ex-loves are members of the knitting group at The House of Lambspun. Kelly is trying to help her friends and of course manages to get deeply involved in the investigation.

Lucy Adair is in a deep depression since the death of Derek Cooper. She is also pregnant but it seems to her friends that she is suffering from more problems than the death of her boyfriend and the fact that she is pregnant.

Then there is Diane who is one of Derek’s ex-girl friends. Kelly and her friends are trying to help her fight a drinking problem.

Between trying to get a scarf knitted for a Christmas gift, keeping track of all of her friends and their problems Kelly has her hands full. She also manages to get involved in a tennis tournament, Christmas party and is seeking to buy an Alpaca ranch for herself.

Another good addition to Sefton’s knitting series.
