A TV anchorwoman from Washington, DC is convinced that a series of murders are linked and she travels the world to prove it. However, the closer she comes to discovering the truth, the closer she comes to endangering her own life.

'The Sky Is Falling' is an incredibly easy to read. Since there are huge gaps between the paragraphs, the novel is actually a lot shorter than it appears. In addition, the majority of the plotting is done through dialogue and there are very few descriptive, or even long, paragraphs.

To me, it did not ring quite true that this TV anchorwoman could travel the world with such ease, but apart from that, it is an enjoyable enough book. However, I felt that the ending seemed rushed and there seemed to be a few loose ends that I would have liked to see explained. The plot was interesting and although the book could have been better, it could have been a lot worse.
