Ron Rubin Stuart and Avery Gold explain how they expanded the company while adhering to Mr. Ziegler’s vision of a successful business with a social conscience. The authors advocate pursuing one’s career dreams or accept a miserable lifestyle. They provide self help steps that can be found in all the business start up tomes such as define your dream by establishing self, business, and community goals. The book is a rah rah well written reference guide, much more entertaining than most of its kind, but like so many in this sub-genre ignores the basic question of where’s the capital?
