As this is the third in the Zoe Martinque Investigation Series, it only goes to prove that Phaedra’s characters just get better and better ! Ms. Weldon has given the characters a great depth and I found myself drawn into the story very quickly. As a fan of the metaphysical/fantasy genre, this book blends the mystical and mysterious in a way that one hopes and imagines is real. Ms. Weldon weaves a great story that quickly gets the reader engaged, and then holds you in a grip that won’t lessen till the end, and leaves you wanting more.
